Radisson Blu Hotel, Indore

I always felt safe and happy to see people working at the front door. All were very smiley and eager to help. When checking in, I met a pleasant and professional manager, Mr. Bhargav. He made things super easy while we were staying. The breakfast buffet had good varieties, mix of western and Indian. I tried out all the restaurants in the hotel, and all were more than satisfactory with excellent services. There are also a good sized pool and well equiped gym. Here, people are the gem. When missing a T-shirts from the room, they managed to find it from the hotel laundry as it was mixed with old bedsheets. In the case of similar situation, most hotels usually blame the customers. Not in Radisson Indore, they are willing to fixed the problem promptly.

We returned to Radisson after staying at another hotel says it all. The facilities and other functions might have been better in the other hotel, but Radisson had people who delivers customers' needs. In total, we stayed a week and were never disappointed. The business room was a good size for long stay, but a little worn out. Overall, the whole building was well maintained. Good breakfast buffet and even better on site restaurants. Good view of the city from the gym.

It's was amazing staying Radisson Blu hotel. The ambience, big room, lighting everything exceptionally great. Staff including from front office Ms. Nandani soft spoken polite pro actively provided information always smiling . Manas great to have a conversation with him . Maiin assets to Radisson Blu Mr. Saurabh & Mr. Abhishek . Great to have these star Team mates at senior level . Mr. Neeraj excellent cleanliness great service. Especially thanks to Mr. Saurabh. It's great for Radisson Blu to have all these team members . Will visit again asap. Thanks to Radisson Blu make my stay so comfortable. Memorable stay with Radisson n my favourite city. More to write but once at last no one can beat Radisson Blu indore in hospitality superb . Keep it up.

Great location, polite staff, and a cozy ambiance.

Location, room, food and housekeeping just great. Me and my family really enjoyed our stay. And we are really thankful to the restaurant waiter Mintu for his professional service. Hope to see you again!
