Radisson Blu Hotel, Indore

After reading the earlier reviews I was a little sceptical on booking the Radisson. Hence writing an extensive review. I must admit, didn’t expect great things, although being one of only 3 five star hotels in the city so choices are scare. All basic facilities were top notch. Clean and tidy room, excellent breakfast spread (head by Mavi who is amazing) and both the pool and spa has some superb people working there Sushila and Nisa are thoroughly knowledgable. Room service although I ordered not at busy times was speedy and prompt. Particularly impressed by the professionalism of Ajit and Sagar at ‘India Oye’ restaurant which serves authentic tasty Indian cuisine. I would definitely say this is an 8.5 ratings property and for sure not a 7.8 as it is shown now. Last but not least Vinay at reception is a complete champ, kind and friendly.

The property is very well maintained with spacious and clean rooms. The hospitality of the staff was excellent, they were always polite and helpful. The food quality was great and the breakfast spread had a good variety. The location is also convenient and easily accessible.

Neat clean hygienic friendly and great location

I always felt safe and happy to see people working at the front door. All were very smiley and eager to help. When checking in, I met a pleasant and professional manager, Mr. Bhargav. He made things super easy while we were staying. The breakfast buffet had good varieties, mix of western and Indian. I tried out all the restaurants in the hotel, and all were more than satisfactory with excellent services. There are also a good sized pool and well equiped gym. Here, people are the gem. When missing a T-shirts from the room, they managed to find it from the hotel laundry as it was mixed with old bedsheets. In the case of similar situation, most hotels usually blame the customers. Not in Radisson Indore, they are willing to fixed the problem promptly.

Excellent Stay at Radisson Blu Indore – A Perfect Blend of Comfort and Class I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the overall experience. The room was clean and spacious. Good breakfast spread. The location of the hotel was also ideal. I would highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers. Overall excellent stay
